Terms of Service

Who we are and who these apply to
Briovox is a business owned by Jorge Valdes (sole proprietor) in Las Vegas, Nevada. These terms apply to your use of briovox.com and to the services Briovox provides to businesses: websites, Google Business Profile management and an AI-powered phone receptionist. Plans and prices
Current plans and prices are in the Plans section of briovox.com (US dollars). Each plan has a monthly fee and a one-time setup fee. Final terms, the plan you choose and prices are confirmed in writing before we start. A price change on the site does not affect what we already agreed with you in writing. The Founder offer (50% off setup and a monthly price locked for 12 months) is only for the first 5 clients.
Month-to-month service
The service is billed monthly and there is no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice (an email to [email protected] is enough). If you cancel, months already elapsed are not refunded.
30-day guarantee
If you are not happy in the first 30 days, we refund the monthly fee you paid. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable, because it covers work already done (building your site, setting up your Google Business Profile and your AI receptionist).
Setup and revisions
Setup includes the initial work described in your plan and 2 rounds of changes before launch. Additional work (extra pages or sections, logo, QR menu and similar) is quoted and agreed separately before we do it. To do the work we need you to provide copy, photos, access and approvals on time; delays on your side may move the dates.
Call minutes
Each plan with the AI receptionist includes a number of call minutes per month (Solo Recepcionista 150, Siempre Abierto 300 and Agenda Llena 500; the Presencia AI add-on, 150). Extra minutes are $0.30 each. We let you know when you reach 80% of your minutes so you can decide calmly.
Payments
We accept the payment methods we tell you about when you sign up (for example card through Stripe, or Zelle). Monthly fees are billed in advance each month. If a payment fails, we will let you know and may pause the service until the account is current.
Your domain and your content
The domain is registered in your name, and the copy, photos and logo you provide remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to provide you the service. You are responsible for making sure what you give us is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
The AI receptionist: what you should know
The receptionist answers calls using artificial intelligence, in English and Spanish. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and this is announced at the start of each call; you are responsible for complying with the recording laws that apply to your business and for informing your customers where required. The AI can make mistakes, is not a person, does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and is not a substitute for emergency services: in an emergency, call 911. Acceptable use
You may not use the service or the AI receptionist for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, unsolicited calls or messages (spam), impersonating other people or businesses, or deceiving callers. We may suspend or end the service if it is used abusively or unlawfully, giving you notice when possible.
Availability and third parties
We make a reasonable effort to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We rely on outside providers (hosting, telephony, AI voice, scheduling); their outages or changes can affect the service. We do not promise specific results, such as Google rankings, number of calls or sales.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and Briovox's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the monthly fees you paid in the 3 months before the event. Briovox is not liable for indirect damages or for lost sales, profits or customers. None of this excludes anything the law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and Briovox consent to that jurisdiction. Before any claim, please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with its date. If we keep providing you the service after a material change, we will let you know by email.
